Bath court student accommodation
BirminghamThe prominent 100m street frontage wraps itself around two sides of the site. The lower level is anchored by a new retail unit, gym, communal social space, and silent study areas, with the upper levels providing the apartment accommodation for the students. To the rear, a large landscaped raised terrace provides external space for the students.
All levels of electrical installation were completed by Butterworth Electrical Solutions from first fix containment throughout all student bedrooms/communal kitchens and boiler rooms to the commissioning of the full installation.
Crucially, the project was completed on time and on budget, so that the accommodation could be finalised ready for the first students’ arrival at the start of the 2020/21 academic year.

- Building management system installation
- 1st fix, 2nd fix of the full installation including all containment
- AOV system
- Boiler room/plant room works
- Management of the whole project
- Testing and commissioning
