BirminghamElectrical works project currently in progress in the city centre for 162 apartments over 2 blocks which include 1/2 and 3 bed accommodation. Other works included are Commercial Solar PV installation and Evacuation System.
- Supply and install all first fix material to all apartments.
- Supply and install all second fix material to all apartments
- Supply and install all containment throughout the project
- Supply and install all MCCB/Landlords boards/ATS switches
- Supply and install a designed fire alarm/disabled refuge system
- Supply and install a CCTV system
- Supply and install car chargers as required
- Supply and install a full data system
- Supply, Design and install of a Solar PV system
- Supply, Design and install of a full evacuation system

Bath court student accommodation
All levels of electrical installation were completed by Butterworth Electrical Solutions from first fix containment throughout all student bedrooms/communal kitchens and boiler rooms to the commissioning of the full installation.
